Working in a big company can offer stability and security, with a well-established corporate structure and clear career progression paths. There may be more opportunities for professional development and mentorship, and a big company can offer a more diverse range of projects and technologies to work on. Additionally, big companies generally offer a comprehensive benefits package and a higher salary compare to a startup company.
